Milk

In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt

With an electric mixer, beat the butter and confectioners' sugar until light and fluffy

Add the egg, milk, and vanilla extract, beating until smooth

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, beating at low speed

Divide the dough into two portions and roll each out to a 20 cm diameter circle

Wrap with plastic wrap and refrigerate for one hour

Bake in a preheated oven at medium temperature

Assemble a smooth surface with wax paper, then place a dough circle on top

Remove the plastic wrap and cover with another piece of wax paper

Roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm

Remove the top layer of wax paper from the dough and cut into cookie shapes using tree and star-shaped cookie cutters

With a spatula, transfer the cookies to a baking sheet, leaving a space of 1.5 cm between each

Using a piping bag, create a hole in each cookie

Bake for 25 minutes or until the bottom is golden brown

Transfer to a wire rack and let cool

Repeat the process with the remaining dough, if necessary

If it becomes too soft, refrigerate for additional time

Creamy Topping

Pipe onto cookies using a piping bag

Add confetti and let set for one hour
