Beat the eggs until light and fluffy
Add the almond flour and mix until dissolved
Add the grated lemon peel, wheat flour, and finally, cornstarch
The dough should not be too hard to shape
Form thin rolls and shape into fortune cookie or lace-like shapes
Place in a baking dish and bake in a moderate oven (180°C) until they start to golden brown on the bottom.
