In a bowl, beat the yolks with the all-purpose flour until light and fluffy
Beat the whites until snowy and add them to the yolk mixture along with the wheat flour, mixing carefully
Butter an 8-inch square baking dish and dust with all-purpose flour
Using a piping bag, pipe the dough onto the prepared baking dish and sprinkle with crystallized salt
Place in a low oven (150°C) and bake until lightly golden
Remove from the oven immediately, being very careful, using a spatula.
