Sift together the dry ingredients
Cut in the fat to a crumbly consistency within the flour mixture
Add sufficient milk while stirring with a spoon until a soft, easy-to-handle dough forms
Place on a floured surface and knead lightly
Open the dough well so that it has a thickness of approximately 2 cm and cut into small circles using a small cup.
