In a medium bowl, whisk together the butter and sugar until creamy by hand with a wooden spoon
Gradually add the egg whites, one at a time, followed by the flour
Mix well
Using a spoon, place small portions of the dough into an unmolded buttered tin sprinkled with all-purpose flour
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for approximately 10 minutes
While still warm, shape the biscuits into rolls and let them cool.
