Marinate the pork chops overnight with orange juice, salt, and black pepper
Refrigerate covered with plastic wrap
Heat a large non-stick skillet with olive oil and cook the pork chops on both sides until browned
Add orange juice and honey and simmer over low heat to form a thick glaze
Serve hot.
