2 medium-sized onions, finely chopped

2 cups water
1 bay leaf
2 cups cooked white corn kernels

Sear the onion and pork in olive oil in a skillet
Add the pepper, flour, salt, and oregano
Mix well
Gradually add the water while stirring
Add the bay leaf
Let it come to a boil, then cover
Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour
If needed, add more water
Add cooked white corn kernels
Serve hot.
