2 kg of pork steak

Salt and pepper to taste

In a large pan, combine the brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, ketchup, black pepper, vinegar, water, white wine, salt, and pepper
Heat over high heat until boiling, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, or until thickened
Remove from heat and let cool
Clean the pork steaks and place them in a bowl
Brush with the cooled glaze, making sure to coat all of the meat
Let rest for half an hour
Transfer to a greased baking dish and bake in a medium oven for about one hour
Brush with the pan juices during cooking
If necessary, add hot water gradually
Remove from the oven and serve with vegetable relish.
