In a bowl, combine the flour, salt, and yeast
Anclose the egg mixed with milk and melted butter or margarine
Mix until you get a smooth and even dough
Heat a non-stick pan greased with butter
Add a spoonful of the dough and when small bubbles appear, flip it over
Fry until the bottom is golden brown
For the creme de bacon to be served on top of blini, mix 1/2 cup crumbled bacon, 2 tablespoons chopped pickled cucumber, 1/2 cup heavy cream, 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice, and 1 teaspoon salt.
