Dough: beat the ingredients in a blender
Grease a non-stick skillet with butter, then shape small disks approximately 5 cm in diameter using a spoon
When bubbles appear on the surface, flip over to brown the other side. Reserve
Repeat the operation until all the dough is used up
Filling: cut the turkey into small cubes. Reserve
Beat the whipped cream until stiff peaks form
Season with salt and pepper
Assembly: place a spoonful of diced turkey and top with a dollop of whipped cream
Keep refrigerated until serving.
