4.5 oz ricotta
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon English mustard

Mix all the cheeses together until you get a smooth and even mixture
Add the onion and English mustard, and mix again
If you can't find creamy cheese, use 12 oz ricotta instead
Shape the dough into a ball over a round plate
Refrigerate until serving time
Garnish with salted crackers or toast rounds around the plate
