Beat the butter with the sugar until light and fluffy
Add the egg and vanilla extract and beat well
Sift the flour and add to the creamy mixture, mixing well
Add the chestnuts and mix again
Form small balls using 1 tablespoon of dough for each one
Place them on a baking sheet
Bake in moderate temperature (170°C) for 35 minutes
Let cool slightly and dust with confectioner's sugar
When completely cooled, dust again with confectioner's sugar
Serve in portions of 12.
