(1/2 cup) semi-sweet chocolate milk (available at supermarkets)
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
Filling
(1/2 cup) chopped cajun nut
3 tablespoons confectioner's sugar
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
Scoop of whipped cream

Batter: Beat the egg, chocolate milk, butter, oil, and flour in a blender for 1 minute
Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes
Melt a small amount of butter in a skillet and add enough batter to cover the bottom
Fry for 2 minutes or until golden brown on both sides
Repeat until all batter is used
Filling: Mix together the cajun nut, confectioner's sugar, and unsweetened cocoa powder in a bowl
Assembly: Layer crepes, whipped cream, and chocolate shavings in a serving dish
Serve immediately and garnish with red fruits.
