1 ripe honey melon cut into balls (700g)
1 cup of red wine
3 tablespoons of lemon juice
3 tablespoons of honey
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
Nutmeg to taste

In a chilled form, mix the honey melon balls with the remaining ingredients
Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven (180°C) for 1 hour
Let it cool down
Refrigerate until well-chilled
Serve cold
Suggestion: can be served over ice cream, puddings or fruit salads.
