Recheio: 1 cup passion fruit pulp, 1/2 cup water, 3 passion fruits (pulp and seeds), 4 tablespoons cream cheese,

Massa: Blend the milk, egg, butter, sugar, yeast, and flour in a blender
Axe a non-stick skillet over medium heat
Pour about 1/8 cup of batter into the skillet and spread it evenly to cover the bottom
Let it cook for about 2 minutes, until the edges start to curl
Flip the crepe and cook for another minute
Repeat with the remaining batter, until all the batter is used up
Recheio: In a small saucepan, combine the passion fruit pulp, water, and seeds
Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens
Remove from heat and let it cool slightly
Mix in half of the passion fruit mixture with the cream cheese until smooth
Fill the crepes with the filling, fold them in quarters, and place on a plate
Cover with the remaining passion fruit mixture and serve immediately.
