Combine all dough ingredients in a pan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until it detaches from the bottom of the pan

Separate small portions of the dough, open them up in the palm of your hand, and place a piece of cheese in the center
Sprinkle with oregano and roll into balls
For the coating, beat the egg, salt, and water together
