Melt the butter or margarine over medium heat, then add the wheat flour and mix well
Add the milk, eggs, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese
Mix until the cheese is melted
Remove from heat and season with salt and black pepper
Let it cool and refrigerate until firm
Form balls of about 2 cm in diameter using this mixture
Coat each ball with wheat flour, then the beaten egg, and finally breadcrumbs
Repeat the coating process and fry the balls in hot oil until golden brown.
