1 medium cucumber, peeled
2 cans of tuna drained and flaked
1/2 cup (chopped) breadcrumbs
1/2 cup (chopped) finely chopped scallions
1 egg
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 medium cucumber, peeled
2 cans of tuna drained and flaked

Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise, remove seeds and coarsely grate it
Sprinkle with salt and let sit for 15 minutes on a wire rack
Mix together tuna, breadcrumbs, scallions, egg, and mayonnaise
Season with salt and pepper and shape into four patties like hamburger buns. Reserve
Wash the cucumber under cold water, drain and pat dry with paper towels
Combine yogurt, dill, salt, and lemon juice
Mix well and refrigerate for 10 minutes
Heat the lemon juice and coat the tuna patties on both sides
Serve with chilled cucumber sauce.
