Boil the sweet potatoes, drain well, mash with a potato masher, then mix in cornstarch and season with salt and pepper
Mix well
Shape small balls and fill each one with a piece of mozzarella and a piece of prosciutto
After all the balls are ready, place them on a baking sheet and refrigerate for approximately 6 hours
A little before serving, fry in plenty of oil
