Mix the ground beef, bread, onion, egg, parsley, and salt well
Shape into meatballs
Heat oil in a frying pan
Fry the meatballs
Place tomato in a medium-sized saucepan
Let it simmer
Combine the meatballs and cook for 3 minutes without covering the saucepan, then another 5 minutes with the saucepan covered
Turn off the heat and sprinkle with grated lime zest
