6 slices of bread crumbs
1/4 cup of skim milk
500 g of ground beef without fat
2 cloves of minced garlic
1 egg
1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
Salt to taste
Leaves from 1 bunch of spinach
Sauce:
4 diced tomatoes with skin and seeds
1 medium-sized onion, finely chopped
Salt to taste

Soak the bread crumbs in the milk
Mix the beef with garlic, egg, parsley, salt, and soaked bread crumbs
Form 24 meatballs
Cook the meatballs in boiling water for 7 cups
Let it cook for about 10 minutes or until cooked through
Remove with a slotted spoon and reserve
Place the spinach leaves in that same boiling water, just scalding
Remove with a slotted spoon and use the cooking water for soups or cooking rice
Place the spinach in a refractory dish and top with meatballs
Cover with the sauce and serve immediately
For the sauce: mix the ingredients in a pan and cook over low heat for about 15 minutes, covered pan
Serve 6 portions.
