In a mixer, beat all the ingredients, except for the granulated chocolate
Distribute half of the dough in 11 mini muffin tin liners, greased with butter
On each liner, place a little bit of dough and top with 1/2 tablespoon of granulated chocolate and complete with the remaining dough
Bake in a moderate oven (180°C) for 30 minutes or until, when inserting a toothpick, it comes out clean
