1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

To fry: 2 cups vegetable oil
To dust: 1 cup granulated sugar , 1/4 cup ground cinnamon

With a wooden spoon, mix together the sugar, butter, and eggs
Add the flour, yeast, salt, cinnamon, and milk
Heat the oil in a pan over low heat
Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough into the oil, increase the heat, and fry until golden
Drain on paper towels
Mix the cinnamon with the sugar and dust the fritters.
