4 chestnuts
Juice of 1 lime
1/2 cup (scant) unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup (scant) milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup (scant) instant coffee powder
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 cups red wine
Chocolate syrup to taste
4 chestnuts
Juice of 1 lime
1/2 cup (scant) unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup (scant) milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup (scant) instant coffee powder

2 cups red wine
Chocolate syrup to taste
Remove the shells from the chestnuts and soak in lime juice
Rinse the chestnuts and chop them coarsely
Combine the butter, milk chocolate chips, instant coffee powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg
Mix until smooth
Season with salt
Fill the chestnut shells with this mixture and arrange in a baking dish, side by side
Brush with red wine, cover with aluminum foil, and bake in a medium oven for 30 minutes
Serve warm with chocolate syrup.
