2 cans of 0.5 kg corn fritter

1/2 cup finely chopped onion
2 eggs
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt

Mix the corn fritter (without the liquid), chopped green pepper, onion, and eggs in a large bowl
Place the mixture in a blender and blend well
Then mix with flour and salt
Let this paste fall onto spoonfuls (tablespoons) into plenty hot oil
Fry until golden brown
Drain on paper towels and serve with lime wedges and red bell pepper strips
Make 36 fritters.
