1/2 kg of cooked potatoes
1/2 kg of grated raw carrots
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley

2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup of all-purpose flour
2-3 eggs
1 cup of whole wheat flour
Oil for frying

In a large bowl, combine the cooked potatoes, grated carrots, parsley, soy sauce, and Parmesan cheese, mixing well
Add the all-purpose flour gradually
Form the fritters and coat them first in the beaten eggs and then in the whole wheat flour
Fry them in hot oil
Serve as a side dish to a main course
