Preheat the oven
Strain the bean or soybean through a fine-mesh sieve, then combine with salt, paprika, melted butter, and thyme
Shape into sausage-like rolls
Mix the egg and milk
Coat the sausage rolls in this mixture, then roll them in cornmeal flour
Place on a well-greased baking sheet with olive oil
Bake the sausage rolls, turning them until they're golden brown on all sides
Serve 4 portions
