2 cans of flaked tuna
1/2 cup of breadcrumb flour
1 medium cucumber, peeled and grated
1/2 cup of finely chopped scallions
1 egg
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
1/2 cup of natural yogurt
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 cans of flaked tuna
1/2 cup of breadcrumb flour
1 medium cucumber, peeled and grated
1/2 cup of finely chopped scallions
1 egg
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
1/2 cup of natural yogurt
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
Salt and black pepper to taste
Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise, remove seeds, and grate coarsely
Sprinkle with salt and place on a strainer for 15 minutes
Mix tuna, breadcrumb flour, scallions, egg, and mayonnaise at part
Season with salt and pepper and shape into four patties, like hamburger cakes
Set aside
Wash the cucumber in cold water, drain, and dry with paper towel
Combine yogurt, parsley, salt, and black pepper
Mix well and refrigerate for 10 minutes
Heat oil to fry the tuna cakes on both sides
Serve with chilled cucumber sauce.
