Grease a 9-inch round cake pan and reserve
Prepare the cake batter: In a stand mixer, beat all ingredients until smooth (about 2 minutes)
Transfer to the reserved cake pan and microwave on high for 5 minutes or until firm, but still slightly warm in the center of the pan
Await to cool completely
Prepare the frosting: In a large bowl, whisk together all ingredients with a wooden spoon
Microwave on high for 6 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes
Remove and let stand for 2 minutes
Turn the cake out onto a serving plate, then frost with the fudge frosting
Dust with chopped dark chocolate granules and serve immediately
