1 package of lemon-flavored cake mix
For the topping
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
3 tablespoons unsalted butter or margarine, melted
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice (find in bottles)
3 drops yellow food coloring (optional)
For the glaze
1 tablespoon water
3 drops yellow food coloring
1/4 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
3/4 cup confectioner's sugar
1 package of lemon-flavored cake mix

For the glaze
1 tablespoon water
3 drops yellow food coloring
1/4 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
3/4 cup confectioner's sugar
Prepare the cake according to the package instructions
Spread the batter evenly into a 25cm diameter springform pan, greased and floured
To make the topping, combine all the ingredients
Spread 2/3 cup of this topping over the cake batter in the pan
Cover with the remaining batter and sprinkle with the remaining crumbs
Bake in a moderate oven (170°C) for 40-45 minutes
Remove from the oven and let cool for 25 minutes
To make the glaze, combine the water, lemon juice, and yellow food coloring
Add confectioner's sugar and mix well
Drizzle over the cooled cake
