Beat the sugar with the eggs and butter until a fluffy cream forms
Add the milk alternatively with the flour mixed with yeast, then beat well
Place in a greased baking dish (30 x 45 cm) and bake in a moderate oven (180°C) for about 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
