In a blender, blend together the banana, eggs, and oil

In a separate bowl, combine the remaining ingredients
Pour the banana mixture into the dry ingredients and mix with a spoon

Preheat the oven to medium heat
Grease a baking dish with butter and dust with flour
Pour in the batter and bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
Optional: sprinkle cinnamon on top.
