1/2 pound of ground beef
1 1/4 cups of rolled oats
1 1/2 teaspoons of salt
1/2 teaspoon of oregano
1 cup of milk
2/3 cup of diced tomatoes, seedless
4 tablespoons of finely chopped onion
1 beaten egg
4 tablespoons of grated cheddar cheese
1/2 pound of ground beef
1 1/4 cups of rolled oats

Mix all the ingredients together
Place in an English muffin tin greased
Bake at moderate temperature (180°F) for approximately 1 hour
Let it rest for about 8 minutes.
