1.75 pounds of ground beef

1 cup of fresh breadcrumbs
4 green onions, finely chopped
2 slightly beaten eggs

6 cooked chicken thighs, shredded
2 tablespoons of mustard
1 cup of beef broth

Pour the ground beef into a large bowl
Fry the onion in butter or margarine for a few minutes
Remove from heat
Combine the bread, green onions, eggs, milk, and seasonings
Add the shredded chicken
Pour the mixture into a baking dish, forming a long loaf (the dish should be about 32 cm long) that fills the entire dish
Spread the mustard on top
Bake in a moderate oven (170°C) for 10 minutes
Drain the beef broth and pour it over the casserole
Bake, basting every 15 minutes with the beef broth from the baking dish, for about 1 hour and 10 minutes
Serve hot
