500 g of ground beef
3 slices of form pork
1/2 cup (scant) of milk
1/2 cup (scant) of parsley and scallion
1 tablespoon of chopped sorrel
1 onion
1 egg
3 tablespoons of grated ricotta cheese
100 g of cheddar cheese, sliced
50 g of provolone cheese, sliced
50 g of parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup (scant) of tomato sauce
Salt and black pepper to taste
Grated cheese for serving

Mix the ground beef well in a bowl with the pork dissolved in milk, parsley, scallion, sorrel, onion, salt, and black pepper
Add the egg and mix until smooth and homogeneous
Grease a baking dish and spread half of the meat mixture into it
Distribute the ricotta cheese and slices of cheddar, provolone, and parmesan cheese, and sprinkle with grated cheese
Cover with the remaining meat mixture and drizzle with half of the tomato sauce
Sprinkle with grated cheese to taste and bake in a medium oven for 40 minutes
Serve hot, drizzling with more warm tomato sauce.
