1 kg of Ground Beef
2 1/2 cups of chopped cabbage
1/2 cup of green pepper diced
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1/2 clove of garlic, minced
3 eggs
salt and pepper to taste
6 slices of bacon
1 can or jar (180g) of tomato extract

Mix all the ingredients except for the bacon and tomato extract
Place in a loaf pan and arrange the bacon slices on top
Bake in a moderate oven for approximately 30 minutes
Spread the tomato extract over the top, during the last 15 minutes of cooking
Let it rest for 8 hours.
