2 cups cooked brown rice
1 cup grated carrot
1 cup sliced green beans
1/4 cup chopped raisins
1/4 cup chopped chestnuts
1 cup vegetable broth
Green seasoning to taste (onion, garlic and parsley)
1 stalk of celery, finely chopped
100g Parmesan cheese
200g buffalo mozzarella cheese
Salt to taste

In a pan with olive oil, sauté the seasonings
Add salt, the celery, carrot, and green beans
Let it cook on low heat
Turn off the heat and add the cooked rice, raisins, chestnuts, vegetable broth, and chopped parsley to the pan
Mix everything well and transfer to a refrigerated tray
Cover with Parmesan cheese and buffalo mozzarella cheese and bake in the oven until golden brown.
