250 g of cooked rice
800 g of clean powder (the body should be cut into small pieces and the tentacles should not be cut to decorate the dish)

1 large onion
1 tomato, peeled and seeded, chopped
Salt and garlic to taste
1 small broccoli, chopped
200 g of black olives
3 tablespoons full of olive oil

Sauté the garlic with the onion, bell pepper, and tomato
Add the powder, salt, and olive oil and let it cook for 30 minutes
Add the broccoli and simmer until cooked
Add the rice and stir well
Place in a baking dish and decorate with the olives.
