1/2 kg of beef mousse
1/2 cup of fresh breadcrumbs
1/2 cup of milk
1 lightly beaten egg
1 tablespoon of salt
1/4 cup of chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon of paprika
1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme
1/2 cup of finely chopped onion
1 minced garlic clove
3 tablespoons of butter or margarine
1/2 kg of beef mousse
1/2 cup of fresh breadcrumbs
1/2 cup of milk

1 tablespoon of salt

1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano

3 tablespoons of butter or margarine
Preheat the oven to 150° (moderate)
Mix together the beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, salt, parsley, paprika, oregano, thyme, onion, and garlic
Fry the onion and garlic in butter until golden brown
Add to the meat mixture
Place into a small English muffin tin, greased
Bake for 1 hour
Serve with tomato sauce, if desired.
