In a blender, beat the eggs, carrots, sugar and oil until smooth
Transfer to a bowl and gradually add flour, coconut and baking powder
Mix well and stir in chocolate chips
Place in a 30x20 centimeter pan, greased and floured
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes
Let it cool and then unmold
Topping
In a refrigerator bowl, combine sugar, milk, butter and chocolate
Microwave on medium heat for one minute, stirring halfway through
Remove from microwave and mix with a spoon until the chocolate is fully melted
Spread over the cake and cut into squares
Serve warm or cold.
