Dough
4 eggs
1 3/4 cups (or 400g) of sugar
1 cup (240ml) of milk
2 and 3/4 cups (or 350g) of all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons of unsalted butter, softened
3 tablespoons of melted chocolate
1 tablespoon of active dry yeast
Filling
1 package of Whipped Cream
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
Glaze
1/2 cup (120ml) of milk
2 tablespoons of dark rum
Topping
400g of grated chocolate
1 can of sweetened condensed milk, without cream
Whipped Cream for decoration
Dough

Dough
In a stand mixer, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form
Add the egg yolks one at a time and continue beating
Add the sugar, milk, flour, butter, chocolate, and yeast
Mix well
Knead in the yeast
Place the dough into a greased 24cm diameter cake pan and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
Filling
Crush the Whipped Cream and mix with sweetened condensed milk
Cut the cake in half and soak the discs with the milk and rum mixture
Fill the cake
Glaze
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, then mix with sweetened condensed milk
Chill until thickened
Beat in a stand mixer until smooth and creamy
Cover the cake and decorate with grated Whipped Cream.
