In a mixer, beat the butter, egg yolks, and sugar until a creamy white mixture forms
Add the milk, alternating with the flour and cocoa powder
Remove from the mixer, transfer to a bowl, add the yeast, ground cloves, nutmeg, and cinnamon
Beat the egg whites until fluffy and fold them into the mixture delicately
Pour into a round cake pan, greased and floured, and bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes
Let cool and unmold
Frosting
In a saucepan, combine the condensed milk, unsalted butter, and cocoa powder
Heat over low heat and stir until thickened
Let cool and cover the cake.
