Melt the chocolate and let it cool
Sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt
Add the nuts and butter
Mix in the milk, honey, and vanilla extract
Beat well
Add half of the milk mixture to the dry ingredients and beat very well, scraping the sides of the bowl occasionally
Add the cooled chocolate, the remaining milk, and the eggs
Beat very well
Add the nuts
Pour into a 9x13 inch baking dish, greased and floured
Bake at moderate heat for about 30 minutes, or until the cake is done
Cut into squares
