Remove from the oven and let cool for about 8 minutes
Run a knife around the edges of the cake to loosen it
Transfer the cake to a serving plate
Remove the paper circles and let the cake cool completely

Place the mixture in the microwave and heat on high for 3 minutes, stirring every minute until smooth
Cool the glaze slightly before spreading it over the cooled cake
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours or overnight to allow the glaze to set.
