In a blender, beat together the milk, egg whites, egg yolk, butter, and salt
Pour the mixture into a bowl, add the flour, baking powder, and mix well
Add the grated carrot, green beans, onion, bell pepper, and chicken breast
Mix well with a wire whisk
Place the batter in the greased cake pan
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until golden brown.
