Beat the egg whites until stiff and add the butter gradually, beating continuously
Add the yolks and beat for another minute
Add the honey, vanilla extract, and oil, mixing well
Mix with a spoon
Combine the flour, yeast, baking soda, and cinnamon, adding the coffee gradually, mixing well
Preheat the oven to medium temperature
Add the apple, raisins, and nuts to the mixture, mixing
Grease the cake pan with butter and bake for 50 minutes
Remove the cake from the oven when still warm and serve.
