Beat the butter with the sugar, add the whisked egg yolks
Sift together the flour, yam, baking powder, and salt
Add to the mixture above
Add the coconut milk and whipped egg whites until stiff peaks form
Pour into a greased pan and bake in a moderate oven until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
