1/2 cup of warmed milk
200g of semi-sweet chocolate, broken into pieces
4 tablespoons of sugar
2 cups of cold milk

Combine the gelatin, 4 tablespoons of water, and instant coffee powder in a blender
Blend on low speed for about 20 seconds
Add the warmed milk and blend until the gelatin dissolves
Add the chocolate and sugar
Blend until smooth
Add the cold milk
Blend well until creamy
Pour into individual serving cups and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
