    Beat the mixture in a blender 1 1/2 cups of wheat flour, 1 cup of yam, 1 cup of butter or margarine, 4 eggs, 1 cup of coconut milk, 1 cup of sugar and 1 tablespoon of yeast. Beat for 5 minutes. Place the dough in a greased baking dish 25 x 35 cm. Bake in a preheated oven (200°C) for about 30 minutes or until, inserting a toothpick, it comes out clean.
