3/4 cup of sorghum
1 cup of wheat flour
5 spoons (teaspoons) of baking powder
1 pinch of salt
1 cup of skimmed milk
1 egg, beaten
2 spoons (tablespoons) of oil
70 drops of vanilla extract or to taste
1 spoon (teaspoon) of orange zest
1/4 cup of toasted cashews for dusting (optional)

Combine all dry ingredients, add the remaining ones, minus the cashews, and mix well
Pour into a 20 cm diameter pudding mold greased and put in a hot oven (220°C) for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
Unmold over a wire rack and let cool
If desired, dust with cashews
